Most items in our store are manufactured on demand the same day of the order. Manufacturing time can vary from 1 hour to 12 hours, depending on the complexity and volume of the product.
For custom 3D design services and custom parts manufacturing, design and production time is agreed individually, as it depends on the complexity of the piece and the quantity requested.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout through our carriers' API. The system takes into account the final weight and volume of the package, the delivery address and the date of the request.
The exact amount is shown when entering the complete address before confirming payment, so you will always know the total cost of your order (product + shipping + taxes) before finalizing the purchase.

For shipments outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland) import duties and taxes will be paid by the recipient at destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and direct link to the carrier's website.
You can also find the tracking in your user account under "My orders".
We do not ship to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, overseas territories or post office boxes.

All shipments travel with basic insurance included.
If you receive a damaged package, reject it or indicate it on the delivery note and notify us within 24 hours to manage the incident.
