Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Cost Calculation Method

- Dynamic Pricing:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout through our carriers' API. The system takes into account the final weight and volume of the package, delivery address and request date.

- Transparent Pricing:

The exact amount is shown when entering the complete address before confirming payment, so you will always know the total cost of your order (product + shipping + taxes) before completing the purchase.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and direct link to the carrier's website.

You can also find tracking in your user account under "My Orders".

4. Uncovered Areas and Restrictions

We do not ship to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, overseas territories or post office boxes.

If your country does not appear in the checkout list, contact us to study your case.

6. Delivery Responsibility

All shipments travel with basic insurance included.

If you receive a damaged package, reject it or indicate it on the delivery note and notify us within 24h to manage the incident.
