Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Order Process

The ordering process consists of the following stages:

1. Customer request: Customer provides specifications, designs or files
2. Quote: We prepare a detailed quote with costs and deadlines
3. Confirmation: Customer confirms the order and makes payment
4. Production: We begin manufacturing the custom product
5. Delivery: We ship the finished product to the customer

Custom Products

All our products are manufactured according to specific customer specifications:

• Unique designs based on customer specifications
• Custom-made products that cannot be resold to third parties
• Personalized items with names, texts, specific dimensions
• Products adapted to particular customer needs

Prices and Payments

Prices are clearly specified in each quote:

• All prices include VAT when applicable
• Shipping costs are calculated according to destination and urgency
• Prices are valid for 30 days from the quote date
• Payment must be made in full before production begins
• We accept bank transfer, credit card and PayPal

Production and Deadlines

Production times vary according to product complexity:

• Simple products: 0-1 business days
• Complex products: 7-15 business days
• Large orders: Deadline specified in quote
• Deadlines begin after order confirmation and payment

In case of unforeseen delays, we will immediately inform the customer and offer new deadlines.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery conditions are as follows:

• Risk transfers to customer once delivered to carrier
• It is the customer's responsibility to verify package condition upon receipt
• Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the personalized nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

Quality Guarantee

We offer the following guarantees:

• Products manufactured according to agreed technical specifications
• Certified quality materials for 3D printing
• Compliance with standard dimensional tolerances (±0.2mm)
• 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects
• Free replacement in case of provable error on our part

The warranty does not cover normal wear, improper use, customer modifications or accidental damage.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

• Replacement of defective product or refund of price paid
• We are not responsible for indirect damages or lost profits
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the order value
• We are not responsible for improper use of the product
• We exclude liability for transport delays due to external causes

Intellectual Property

The customer declares and guarantees:

• To possess all rights over designs and specifications provided
• Not to infringe copyrights, trademarks or patents of third parties
• Kovizu acts solely as manufacturer under customer instructions
• Customer assumes all legal responsibility for order content
• Kovizu reserves the right to reject orders that may infringe rights

Data Processing

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy for:

• Order management and processing
• Order-related communication
• Compliance with legal and tax obligations
• File retention according to Spanish tax regulations (7 years)

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by:

• Spanish law for all contractual aspects
• European consumer protection regulations when applicable
• Spanish courts competent to resolve disputes
• Mandatory prior mediation for amounts below €5,000

Modifications of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms:

• Modifications will be published on our website
• Changes will take effect 30 days after publication
• Orders in progress will be governed by terms in effect at time of order
• Continued use of service implies acceptance of new terms
